Multiculturalism

Peru was the cradle of the Inca Empire, colony of the Spanish Crown and is an independent Republic since 1821.  Throughout its history and for different reasons, peoples of European, Asian and African origins have migrated to Peru.

This rich past has been the reason why today we can find such diversity in our food, dances, crafts and other cultural elements.
